As a Certified Paralegal with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, earning honors and entry into Pi Alpha Alpha, the Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration; having over 22 years’ experience in the legal field; Jill Kalter, Resolve Mediation’s founder, is uniquely positioned to serve as ‘The People’s Mediator.’ A natural negotiator with a gift for listening, her experience, determination, and integrity enable her to relate specifically to her clients’ needs.
A Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil and Appellate Mediator, Jill’s passion is listening to and facilitating negotiations by allowing each party’s voice to be heard. Her goal is to provide a voluntary resolution to issues in dispute.
“Mediation allows me to use my skills assisting disputing parties in resolving issues as an alternative to litigation,” explains Ms. Kalter. “Mediation, by design, involves empowerment because the parties in mediation implement self-determination.”*
In addition, Jill has been an Instructor in Paralegal Studies at South University in West Palm Beach, FL at which time she was a Board Member of Paralegal Studies at Nova Southeastern University. She has taught both Attorneys and support staff in the use of computer generated document assembly and software packages at various law firms in South Florida.
Jill looks forward to assisting those in need of professional mediation services. The firm’s practice is focused on community association disputes (Condo/HOA/POA) and property damage issues, however Resolve Mediation can mediate all civil matters.
